We’re seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering projects that make a lasting impact.
Position Overview
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for leading commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires a seasoned professional with 10+ years of commercial construction experience and a proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.
Experience managing federal, senior living, and/or light industrial projects is highly preferred. You will serve as the primary driver of project success, overseeing teams, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
- Develop, track, and control project budgets, schedules, and cost forecasts
- Lead and coordinate project teams, including superintendents, subcontractors, and consultants
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and design professionals
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, contract documents, and quality standards
- Proactively identify project risks, resolve issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track
- Oversee project documentation, reporting, change management, and financial forecasting
- Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, contracts, budgets, and scheduling
- Preferred experience with federal, senior living, and/or light industrial construction
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of accountability, quality control, and client satisfaction
