About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial, public works, and residential construction projects from preconstruction through completion. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.

Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.

Review construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.

Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and change orders.

Monitor project costs, quality, safety, and overall progress.

Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates.

Ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA regulations, and company standards.

Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

5+ years of commercial or residential construction project management experience.

Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.

Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing public works, commercial, or high-end residential construction projects.

Knowledge of California building codes and permitting requirements.

OSHA 30 certification preferred; PMP or CCM certification is a plus.
