Job Description: Plan and execute Reconstruction projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, employees and resource providers involved in reconstruction services. Manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the customer service and management of the customer experience.
- Evaluate and sell projects. Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients
- Create project schedule, timeline, budget and ensure they are met.
- Identify and document project scope of work. Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate
- Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within budget
- Manage multiple subcontractors
- Touch every job every day and keep the job moving
- Compile and resolve punch list items
- Maintain continuous communications with customers, subcontractors, and team members
- Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers
- Ensure all subcontractor paperwork is up to date
- Ensure proper permits are acquired
- Ensure quality control at project sites and adherence to safety standards
- Perform final walk-through with customer to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management within the reconstruction industry
- Superb customer service track record
- Experience in Xactimate software required
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Effective written and oral communication
- Experience in restoration and/or construction
- High school diploma/GED (Degree Preferred)
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law, including employment verification, MVR, and drug testing
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
- Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
