Job Description: Plan and execute Reconstruction projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, employees and resource providers involved in reconstruction services. Manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.  


Responsibilities: 


  • Responsible for the customer service and management of the customer experience.
  • Evaluate and sell projects.  Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients
  • Create project schedule, timeline, budget and ensure they are met.  
  • Identify and document project scope of work.  Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate
  • Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within budget
  • Manage multiple subcontractors
  • Touch every job every day and keep the job moving
  • Compile and resolve punch list items
  • Maintain continuous communications with customers, subcontractors, and team members
  • Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers
  • Ensure all subcontractor paperwork is up to date
  • Ensure proper permits are acquired
  • Ensure quality control at project sites and adherence to safety standards
  • Perform final walk-through with customer to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
 
  • Proven experience in project management within the reconstruction industry
  • Superb customer service track record
  • Experience in Xactimate software required
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Experience in restoration and/or construction
  • High school diploma/GED (Degree Preferred)
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law, including employment verification, MVR, and drug testing
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
  • Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
  • Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
  • Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
