Primary responsibilities of the job include:
· Seeking experience in design/build construction industry
· Experience overseeing own jobs with strong leadership skills
· Estimating experience is a plus
· Projects in the Commercial and Industrial fields
· Ground up and renovation experience
· Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills
· GC and or Owners Representative experience
· Ability to work with autonomy

A successful candidate will possess the following:
· 3-5 years direct experience in commercial and or industrial construction
· Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedules
· Ability to oversee the entire process and work independently
· Must have experience with multi-million dollar projects
Salary Range: $100-140K
