Project ManagerWe are a third-generation family owned company looking to bring on a seasoned project manager to help us build out our project management team. We have a $180M backlog of projects, and we are looking for a talented project manager who is looking to be a leader. This person will manage large ground up projects, but they also will have the opportunity to help hire and develop a team of project managers over the next few years. We offer quarterly AND project-based bonuses, WFH flexibility, 40 years of existing client relationships, and a culture based on excellence, integrity, accountability, and fun.Job DescriptionPlan, execute, and monitor all phases of the construction project lifecycle, including design, procurement, construction, and closeout. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure project milestones are achieved. Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, financial analysis, and risk assessments, to stakeholders and senior management. Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve project objectives. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Ground up experience preferred. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations. Proficient in project management software and tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. PMP certification is a plus.What's on OfferBase salary range of $100K-135K. Quarterly AND Project Based Bonus. Full health-care benefits.
