Construction Execution & Field LeadershipOversee day-to-day field operations for a large-scale multifamily project from sitework through turnover. Coordinate and supervise all onsite subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to specification. Drive 3-week lookahead schedules, daily logs, and manpower tracking. Ensure sequencing and coordination across trades, including structure, façade/envelope, MEPs, and finishes.Schedule & Production ManagementMaintain and enforce the project schedule (36-month duration) in coordination with Project Management. Identify and proactively mitigate schedule risks or delays. Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and internal field huddles.Quality ControlEnforce company quality standards across all phases of construction. Coordinate inspections, punchlists, and turnover procedures. Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and local building codes.Safety & ComplianceChampion a zero-incident safety culture on site. Enforce OSHA standards and company safety protocols. Participate in safety meetings, audits, and reporting.Stakeholder CoordinationWork closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and ownership teams. Interface with local municipalities, inspectors, and third-party consultants.
