Project Manager- Multi-Family/ Affordable Housing/ Large Stick Framed Housing Experience

Local to Columbus preferred, but also willing to travel as needed.

· Minimum 5 years construction experience

· Self-starter

· Ability to work independently.

· Ability to communicate effectively with Owners, design professionals, property staff, subcontractors, and tradesman.

· Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

· Ability to provide estimates for projects as needed.

· Ability to develop and maintain construction schedules.

· Experience with Large Stick Framed Housing

Must have multi-family experience and a project list that details it.
