Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Commercial Construction experience a must!

Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, and budget.

Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Prepare and present progress reports and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project completion.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets company standards.

Manage project budget, expenses, and resources effectively.

Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.

Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
