Responsibilities:

The purpose of the Facilities Project Manager position is to manage and oversee all Credit Union capital construction projects from $5K to $3M+ while ensuring effective functionality of new and existing facilities. This position requires a significant degree of problem-solving in order to directly be responsible for budgets, permits, schedules, bidding processes, contract selection and construction oversight. This role is expected to set objectives for the projects assigned and provide direction to other departments and stakeholders as necessary. The Facilities Project Manager manages construction planning, vendor invoicing, banking equipment orders & install, signage, furniture and accessories.
 
SKILLS
• Strong Attention to detail, analytical abilities and resourcefulness is required in order to make decisions
• Technical skills including working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, reading and interpreting blueprints and site plans
• Strong skills in marking up drawings, with the ability to accurately read, develop, and document technical specifications and scopes of work
• Ability to coordinate the bid process by issuing work to contractors, receiving and analyzing proposals, and conducting scope and de-scope reviews to ensure accuracy, completeness, and cost alignment
• Working knowledge of current construction means, methods, and practice
• Understanding of codes and regulations governing the project property in order to maintain compliance and avoid fines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to demonstrate advanced diplomacy and collaboration skills
• Skilled within MS Office & Excel, Bluebeam Revu, and relevant database software

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
• Visually able to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading
• Ability to sit for extended time periods
• Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment
• Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel
• Ability to exert minimum amounts of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects

Qualifications:

5-8 years of related experience

Education Level: General and business knowledge equivalent to an associate's degree Certifications: Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License and maintain a clean driving record Compensation Overview:

A good faith estimate of the starting salary for this position is listed above. The actual amount offered will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills and abilities, education, experience, and other relevant job-related consideration. Compensation is thoughtfully determined based on the roles specific needs and the candidates qualifications.

The minimum salary for this position is: $87,000.00/yr - $114,500.00+/yr About Us:
