Construction Project Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Construction Project Engineer to oversee all phases of construction projects. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budget, schedule, and quality control.

· Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

· Coordinate and supervise the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other personnel.

· Manage the subcontractor bidding process, negotiate and award contracts.

· Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental laws.

· Maintain positive relationships with owners, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

· Provide regular updates to senior management on project status.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related field.

· Strong leadership and communication skills.

· Proven track record of successfully completed projects.

· Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.

· Experience with construction management software.
