Responsibilities:
Conduct precise project revenue and cost forecasting for company profitability. Lead estimating efforts and ensure a consistent bid-to-build process. Coordinate with key stakeholders to manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines. Develop comprehensive project plans and foster strong client relationships. Maintain databases and negotiate terms with vendors.
Requirements:
Preference for an industry-related degree or equivalent experience. Proficiency in MS Office, scheduling, estimating, Bluebeam Revu software, and industry practices. 15+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years in estimating. Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and construction knowledge essential.
