Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Oversee fabrication processes and ensure quality control throughout the construction phase.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and management.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on fabrication.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
