Description
The Project Manager will report into Division Leadership and be responsible for the financial, contractual, and operational success of assigned construction projects. The Project Manager will work alongside an equally empowered Superintendent to drive project outcomes from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage all phases of project execution from planning through completion
- Oversee project budgets, cost controls, forecasting, and reporting
- Lead client relationships and maintain stakeholder communication
- Review and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and change orders
- Coordinate with field leadership to ensure schedule and project objectives are achieved
- Manage procurement, risk mitigation, and project documentation
- Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
Profile
For the Project Manager role we are seeking:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction
- Experience delivering projects across healthcare, education, retail, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or defense sectors
- Strong financial management and budgeting experience
- Proven track record managing projects ranging from $50M-$100M preferred
- Ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Experience utilizing construction management software and project controls systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Job Offer
- Competitive base salary: $120,000 - $160,000
