Our client is a well-established organization supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial construction, renovation, and facilities projects across multiple locations. The Construction Project Manager will help lead projects from planning through completion, partnering with field teams, subcontractors, and specialty trades to deliver quality results on schedule and within budget. This role is ideal for a construction professional who can combine strong field knowledge with organized project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Direct day-to-day construction operations across commercial build-outs, renovations, maintenance projects, and facilities initiatives.
Provide field supervision while coordinating subcontractors, specialty trades, and site activities to maintain project progress and workmanship standards.
Interpret blueprints, architectural drawings, engineering specifications, shop drawings, and millwork drawings to support accurate project execution.
Coordinate project scheduling, resource estimation, budget management, and budget allocation throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor construction quality control, site safety, OSHA compliance, local building codes, and job site security across active projects.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in commercial construction management, including commercial framing and structural framing schematics.
Working knowledge of steel framing, wood framing, drywall/sheetrock, trim carpentry, commercial laminate applications, and FRP applications.
Experience coordinating construction scopes involving carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and millwork/casework layouts.
Strong background managing subcontractor performance and specialty trade coordination on commercial projects.
Experience with multi-site project management and maintaining consistent construction standards across locations.
Familiarity with construction practices related to civil engineering and architecture.
OSHA 30-Hour or OSHA 10-Hour certification preferred or required based on project assignment.
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent hands-on trade experience with demonstrated leadership progression; willingness to work flexible hours.
