As our Construction Manager, you are the bridge between the blueprint and the finished product. You’ll be the central hub that keeps our promise of transparency alive.
Own the Workflow: Manage all aspects of the project, ensuring that "on time and on budget" isn't just a goal, but a standard.
Bridge the Gap: Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams, ensuring everyone is working from the same page.
Master the Milestone: You don't just "work on a project"; you manage it through clear, defined stages. You understand that a project only moves forward when milestones are met, documented, and communicated to the client.
Proactive Client Connection: You serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, providing regular updates so they never have to wonder about the status of their home.
Enforce Excellence: Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and building codes—no shortcuts, no excuses.
Qualifications
The Expert: Proven experience as a Construction Manager with deep knowledge of building products, codes, and modern methods.
The Communicator: You possess the rare ability to translate complex construction timelines into clear, understandable milestones for our customers.
The Leader: Strong crisis-resolution skills. When things go wrong (and they will), you stay calm and communicate the solution immediately.
The Planner: Ability to deconstruct complex, large-scale projects into manageable daily steps that keep the customer in the loop.
The Professional: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred; proficiency in Excel and construction management software is required.
