Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Georgetown, KY. Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paint booth modification projects, including structural enhancements and airflow system improvements.
- Perform work involving sheet metal structures and large-scale components within the paint booth environment.
- Coordinate construction and modification activities while ensuring project quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, contractors, and multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
