Description
Experienced construction project management professional to support the execution of projects within our GFS Global Facilities business. This includes Food & Beverage Consumer Products Manufacturing and other related Industrial and/or Commercial projects.
The Construction Project Manager supports the Engineer Procure Construct (EPC) Project Manager or Program Manager to oversee day-to-day operations from pre-construction through project completion. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing the construction project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, proposals, estimates, documentation, turnover, client relations management, field staff, and other duties required to execute EPC Construction Management, Construction, and Program Management projects.
This position will be based in the Northeast and will require close coordination with the national business. Up to 50% travel may be required as needed to support projects in multiple locations throughout the country.
