Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a consultant in the physical security domain. This is a 100% onsite role in Gloucester, MA, with a duration of 6 months. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing security projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- 10 years of progressive experience in physical security, security technology, or infrastructure project management.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-site or regional security technology projects.
- Working experience with enterprise security platforms (C-Cure, Avigilon, intrusion detection) and systems integration concepts are required.
- Project management experience using structured methodologies, scheduling tools, and reporting frameworks. (PSP, PMM, Agile)
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

- Budget tracking, schedule management, and risk mitigation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Review and intake physical security project assessments provided by business stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end project workflow, including mobilization, design coordination, installation, commissioning, and security operations handover.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, track progress and dependencies across multiple stakeholders.
