Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure timelines and budgets are met
  • Oversee scheduling, procurement, quality control, and safety protocols
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Solve challenges proactively to maintain project progress

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager (5+ years preferred)
  • Background in commercial, multifamily, or industrial construction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Procore or similar tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a plus
