Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate project goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial, industrial, or healthcare construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Procore or similar tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
