• Base salary: $90,000 - $130,000, depending on experience and market conditions

Job Details

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, or multifamily construction project management
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools)
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion
