Job Details

What You'll Do
  • Manage commercial construction projects from award through completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, subcontract agreements, and procurement logs
  • Lead project meetings with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting, job costing, and change order management
  • Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure project milestones, safety requirements, and quality standards are achieved
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and contract documents
  • Identify and proactively resolve project risks and challenges
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships that contribute to repeat business opportunities

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Background working for a general contractor or construction management firm
  • Experience overseeing projects ranging from several million dollars to larger, complex commercial developments
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, contracts, and project administration
  • Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and drive project success from start to finish
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office

Preferred Experience
  • Commercial, healthcare, education, civic, industrial, aviation, mission-critical, hospitality, or public-sector construction experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Experience leading multiple projects simultaneously
