Construction Project Manager

Our client, an industry leader in industrial construction, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the project management department supporting construction teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on active construction sites, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Manage all phases of industrial construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Oversee daily operations on active construction sites, addressing real-time challenges and maintaining safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures to deliver high-quality results.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, translating their objectives into successful project outcomes while fostering collaboration and excellence.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on project management experience in industrial construction environments.
• Proven experience working on active construction sites with a thorough understanding of site logistics and processes.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA) and a commitment to maintaining zero-incident job sites.
