Project ManagerLead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Partner with Superintendents to ensure projects stay on track and on budget. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and project stakeholders. Proven ability to lead projects with minimal oversight. Strong experience with budgeting, scheduling, and project financials. Healthcare and/or K-12 project experience is highly preferred.
