Requirements 8+ years of experience managing construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, with a strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and contract administration. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. Proven ability to lead project teams, manage competing priorities, and maintain alignment across multiple stakeholders. Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, methods, and industry standards is essential. Demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-making and build lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Experience identifying project risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies. Proficiency in project management tools and software is preferred. Ability to manage project financials and drive overall project performance. Willingness and flexibility to travel for project assignments as required.
