Job Description
Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans. Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays effectively. Prepare and present project status updates to stakeholders and management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Manage procurement of materials and resources for projects. Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project objectives.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Project Manager should have: strong experience in managing construction projects within the business services industry. Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
