We're seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial interiors projects across New York City from preconstruction through closeout. Description

• • Manage commercial interiors projects from kickoff through completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and clients
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and procurement
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve challenges
  • Conduct client meetings and provide project updates
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Support project closeout and turnover processes

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• • 3+ years of Project Management experience with a GENERAL CONTRACTOR
  • Strong commercial interiors construction experience in NYC
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software
  • Organized, proactive, and solutions-focused
