We are searching for an experienced Construction Project Manager. Williams Construction is an established General Contractor on the island of Kauai, specializing in high-end luxury homes. Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Work with the management team and prospective clients to develop construction proposals specifically tailored to meet the expectations of the clients
- Review projects in-depth to estimate costs and develop budgets
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
- Ensure supplies and materials are in place to complete projects within schedule and budget
- Review work progress daily
- Develop and manage all project documentation
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments and the leadership team on project needs and status
What does it take to succeed as a Project Manager with Williams Construction?
- 5 years experience in a supervisory position.
- Commitment to customer service
- Prior experience with residential construction, custom home preferred
- Strong motivational skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional communication style with a personable attitude and demeanor

- Annual base salary starting at $100,000
