Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, and MS Project will be crucial for streamlining project workflows.Additionally, a strong understanding of blueprints and contract documents, along with knowledge of relevant building codes and construction trades is necessary to ensure compliance and quality.
