A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field, or equivalent experience, is essential, along with a minimum of 3 years of construction experience, including at least 2 years in commercial project management. Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, and MS Project will be crucial for streamlining project workflows.Additionally, a strong understanding of blueprints and contract documents, along with knowledge of relevant building codes and construction trades is necessary to ensure compliance and quality. Effective budget and schedule management, along with a commitment to quality control, is vital in achieving project objectives.
