Client is a builder developer in the Atlanta market that operates as a general contractor servicing client in the medical, retail, and industrial space.
Manage all aspects of assigned construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor on-site progress and address issues as they arise, ensuring quality standards are maintained. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of timelines and goals. Oversee compliance with safety regulations and ensure proper documentation is maintained. Conduct regular site visits to ensure work aligns with project specifications and client expectations. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers. Identify and resolve potential project risks to minimize delays and cost overruns.

A successful Construction Project Manager should have: Strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and safety regulations. Proven experience managing construction projects in the business services industry. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and negotiation skills for working with diverse teams and stakeholders. Ability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively. Proficiency in project management software and tools to track progress and budgets.
