Potential for career advancement and leadership opportunities is high.Job DescriptionPlan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects to ensure successful execution. Develop project budgets, schedules, and work plans to meet client expectations. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and quality standards. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications. Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.
