With a strong reputation for delivering Class A office environments for major corporate clients, the company offers a collaborative culture, repeat business from blue-chip clients, and a robust pipeline of exciting projects.Job DescriptionA successful Construction Project Manager | Manhattan, NY:Manage multiple commercial interiors projects from preconstruction through final turnover.Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans.Lead client meetings and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and submittals to ensure project requirements are met.Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements and change orders.Monitor project financial performance, including cost forecasting, billing, and budget control.Collaborate with field Superintendents to ensure projects are executed according to schedule and quality expectations.Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues.Manage project closeout, punch lists, turnover documentation, and warranty requirements.Ensure compliance with all company, client, and regulatory safety standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
