This role offers the opportunity to lead high‑end commercial interior projects across New York City from inception through completion. Client Details Our client is a well‑established commercial interiors general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering innovative, detail‑driven buildouts throughout Manhattan. They partner with leading corporate tenants, developers, and architectural firms to execute projects including office fit‑outs, amenity spaces, lobbies, and specialty interior environments. DescriptionOversee full project lifecycle: budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and on‑site execution.Act as primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.Lead procurement, contract negotiations, and value engineering initiatives.Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards.Drive project progress, manage risk, and proactively solve field challenges.Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with exceptional client satisfaction.
