They partner with leading corporate tenants, developers, and architectural firms to execute projects including office fit‑outs, amenity spaces, lobbies, and specialty interior environments.
Description
- Oversee full project lifecycle: budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, and on‑site execution.
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
- Lead procurement, contract negotiations, and value engineering initiatives.
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Drive project progress, manage risk, and proactively solve field challenges.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with exceptional client satisfaction.

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 5-10+ years of construction project management experience, ideally within NYC commercial interiors.
- Strong knowledge of local codes, DOB processes, and union/non‑union environments.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and client‑facing skills.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and solutions‑driven with a calm, professional presence.
- Ability to build strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
