Project ManagerOur client is a respected General Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial interior projects across corporate office, healthcare, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors. Known for their collaborative culture and commitment to excellence, they partner closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to create exceptional interior environments.Job DescriptionManage multiple commercial interior construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and site teams. Lead client meetings and provide regular project updates. Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Monitor project costs and ensure financial targets are achieved. Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. Collaborate with estimating and pre-construction teams during project planning. Strong background delivering commercial interior fit-out, renovation, and tenant improvement projects. Excellent understanding of construction methods, contracts, scheduling, and project controls. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, negotiate with subcontractors, and drive project profitability. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications.
