• Proven experience as a Project Manager in metal fabrication, construction, or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of aluminum and steel fabrication processes, powder coating, and installation techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

• Project Oversight: Provide end-to-end oversight of projects, from fabrication planning through final installation. This includes meticulously managing schedules, documentation, and communication, while ensuring field operations are executed efficiently and professionally. A critical aspect of this role involves ensuring that all fabrication adheres precisely to shop drawings and is completed punctually to facilitate seamless and on-time installation.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with contractors, superintendents, project managers, and internal office personnel.
• Planning & Scheduling: Create and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met and potential delays are proactively addressed.
• Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all fabrication, powder coating, and installation work meets company standards, client specifications, and industry regulations.
• Communication: Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFI's, submittals, and close-out documents.
• Team Coordination: Coordinate internal teams (fabrication, powder coating, installation) and external subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and resource allocation.
