Exterior Construction Project Manager
$30/hour (based on experience)  
Monday–Friday + some Saturdays (overtime expected during peak season) 

Construction Project Manager Job Description: 
McClellands Roofing & Contracting is growing, and we’re looking to add a Project Manager to our team. You’ll be responsible for overseeing roofing and exterior construction projects from start to finish while serving as the main point of contact for homeowners, suppliers, and internal team members. 


Construction Project Manager Responsibilities: 

• Oversee roofing and exterior construction projects to ensure quality, safety, and timelines are met 
• Communicate regularly with homeowners to provide updates and address questions 
• Coordinate schedules with suppliers, crews, and teammates 
• Manage materials, timelines, and project progress 
• Problem-solve on the fly and keep projects moving efficiently 

Construction Project Manager Qualifications: 

• Prior construction or project management experience preferred 
• Strong communication and organizational skills 
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once 
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work overtime when needed 
• Comfortable working Monday–Friday with most Saturdays during busy periods
