The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from inception through completion. Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including preconstruction, execution, and closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Lead client communication and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Oversee procurement, contract administration, and change orders
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to leadership
Profile
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of construction processes, including budgeting and scheduling
- Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
