This company is located in Southern Connecticut near New London County. This firm is a commercial general contractor who specifically focuses on large renovation and ground up projects.
Job Description
Lead and manage commercial construction projects from initiation to completion. Coordinate and supervise project teams to ensure quality standards are met. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. Oversee procurement of materials and resources for projects. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders as needed.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Project Manager should have: Experience managing commercial construction projects, including ground-up builds and large remodels. Knowledge of projects ranging from $2M to $50M in scope. Strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage teams. Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders. Ground-up construction experience is a plus. General knowledge of Building and Construction codes is a plus.
