Project ManagerOur client is a highly respected healthcare-focused general contractor with a strong presence across New York. They specialize exclusively in complex healthcare environments, including hospitals, ambulatory care centers, and medical office facilities, and are known for their quality delivery, long-term client relationships, and consistent pipeline of high-value projects.Job DescriptionManage full lifecycle of ground-up healthcare construction projects and medical office build-outs. Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project teams from preconstruction through close-out. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, codes (DOH, TJC), and safety standards. Coordinate closely with clients, architects, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Lead project meetings, reporting, and documentation to ensure transparency and alignment. Identify risks and develop proactive solutions to maintain project timelines and budgets.
