Project ManagerOur client is a well-established, highly reputable General Contractor with a strong presence in the New York City market. They specialize in complex, mission-critical construction projects, with a notable portfolio in healthcare, life sciences, and institutional builds. Known for their collaborative culture and commitment to excellence, they deliver high-quality projects within live environments while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.Job DescriptionManage healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through completion. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls. Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations and standards. Lead site meetings, progress reporting, and stakeholder communication. Oversee procurement, subcontractor performance, and quality assurance. Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
