    Construction Project Manager

    Position Overview
    The Construction Project Manager – Field Operations is responsible for leading on-site construction activities and ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with contractual requirements. This role focuses on field coordination, subcontractor oversight, schedule control, and quality management from groundbreaking through project completion.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project schedules

    • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and engineering teams

    • Monitor project milestones, labor utilization, and material delivery timelines

    • Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and change order documentation

    • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety compliance

    • Identify field-related risks and implement mitigation strategies

    • Lead weekly progress meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders

    • Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and safety regulations

    • Review drawings and specifications to resolve discrepancies in the field

    • Support project closeout including final inspections and documentation

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

    • Experience managing commercial, industrial, or infrastructure construction projects

    • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site logistics

    • Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical specifications

    • Experience managing subcontractors and vendor performance

    • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
