The Opportunity

\n

The company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction through final closeout.

\n

This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing Assistant Project Manager ready to take the next step, or an established Project Manager looking for greater responsibility, varied project experience and a clearer path for advancement.

\n

You will work closely with senior leadership while taking ownership of project budgets, schedules, subcontractor relationships and client communication.

\n

\n

Responsibilities

\n

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout

\n

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and forecasts

\n

• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants and subcontractors

\n

• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates

\n

• Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts and change orders

\n

• Partner with field leadership to resolve issues and maintain project schedules

\n

• Monitor project costs and identify potential financial or operational risks

\n

• Ensure all work meets quality, safety and contractual requirements

\n

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders

\n

\n

Candidate Profile

\n

• Experience working for a general contractor or design-build firm

\n

• Previous experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager

\n

• Experience managing commercial construction projects

\n

• Strong knowledge of project budgets, schedules, contracts and documentation

\n

• Confident communicator with the ability to manage clients and subcontractors

\n

• Organized, accountable and comfortable taking ownership of projects

\n

• Degree in construction management, engineering or a related field preferred

\n
