Lead project planning including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and execution strategy. Identify and mitigate risks proactively, implementing contingency plans as needed. Manage procurement processes including RFQs/RFPs and contract negotiations. Oversee coordination between contractors, consultants, and vendors to drive collaboration. Facilitate project meetings and provide clear communication to stakeholders and leadership. Maintain project documentation, reporting, and financial tracking tools. Review and approve invoices, change orders, and purchase orders. Build strong, long-term client and partner relationships to support ongoing business growth. Support business development efforts, including presentations and client pursuits.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field. 5+ years of experience in project management, owner's rep, GC, or development. Strong knowledge of construction project lifecycle, budgeting, and scheduling. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. Excellent communication skills with experience interfacing with senior stakeholders. Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project management tools (Bluebeam preferred). PMP or CCM certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
