Job TitleOwner's Representative Project ManagerJob DescriptionServe as the Owner's Representative Project Manager on a hyperscale/mission-critical data center development project. Provide day-to-day oversight of the general contractor, consultants, design teams, and key project stakeholders. Manage and monitor the project's critical drivers: Scope, Schedule, Cost. Review drawings, schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and project deliverables. Support planning, design coordination, and pre-construction efforts prior to field mobilization. Ensure constructability, project alignment, and execution meet client expectations and project objectives. Identify and proactively address project risks, schedule impacts, and budget concerns. Facilitate communication among project teams and drive accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Track progress, prepare reporting, and support decision-making for ownership and leadership teams.The Successful ApplicantDesired Background: 8+ years of construction project management experience. Experience managing large-scale construction projects such as: Data centers, Mission-critical facilities, Manufacturing facilities, Semiconductor facilities, Laboratories, High-rise or multifamily developments, Large civil/site development projects. Experience working for a General Contractor, Construction Manager, or Owner's Representative firm. Strong understanding of site development, civil construction, and overall building systems. Ability to work onsite full-time once construction activities begin. Self-starter with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities. College degree preferred but not required; relevant project experience will be heavily considered. Technical Skills: Microsoft Project (required), Procore or similar construction management software, Ability to interpret construction drawings, schedules, estimates, and project documentation.What's on OfferCompensation: Base Salary: $130,000 - $150,000+ depending on experience.
