Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage multiple construction and maintenance projects simultaneously
Lead day‑to‑day construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Write detailed scopes of work for bidding and contract documents
Negotiate pricing, schedules, and terms with vendors and subcontractors
Inspect work for quality, completeness, and compliance with plans, specifications, and local codes
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and expenditures
Prepare estimates, takeoffs, and purchase/work orders for approval
Maintain accurate project documentation, including photos, contracts, change orders, and reports
Coordinate and oversee after‑hours emergency calls for maintenance technicians
Ensure customer and client satisfaction across all projects
Utilize Microsoft Office, Outlook, and company project management software

Qualifications:

5+ years of construction management experience (required)
Prior management or supervisory experience
Working knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Carpentry
Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Computer‑literate and comfortable with project/job management systems

Schedule & Work Environment:

8‑hour shifts
On‑call rotation
Weekends as needed
In‑person work location
