Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop project schedules and budgets, and ensure adherence to both.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and budgets.
• Oversee project documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
