Construction Project Manager

We are working with a growing, family owned construction firm that is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience• Experience with healthcare and/or industrial construction strongly preferred• Ability to manage projects from preconstruction through completion• Strong understanding of budgets, schedules, contracts, change orders, RFIs and submittals• Experience coordinating subcontractors, architects, engineers and owners• Strong communication and leadership skills• Ability to take ownership of projects and drive results• Procore or similar construction management software experience preferred

COMPENSATION:$90,000 to $115,000+ base salary, depending on experience and level
