Our client, the construction and facilities management industry, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the project execution department supporting construction and facility improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a disciplined work ethic, and the ability to develop effective working relationships, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:Plano, TX (onsite, not remote)

What's the Job?

  • Supervise and manage construction projects at client sites, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and project plans.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to facilitate project progress and resolve issues.
  • Prepare and review project estimates, schedules, and documentation to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and activities.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with safety standards and company policies, acting as the safety representative when required.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, including facility and/or construction projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications accurately.
  • Proficiency in project planning and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project.
  • Certification in OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training, with knowledge of safety procedures and hazard identification.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead teams, coordinate with clients, and manage subcontractors effectively.
