Description

    • Manage public works projects from preconstruction through closeout.
    • Coordinate with city, state, and local agencies, inspectors, consultants, and subcontractors.
    • Oversee budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and compliance documentation.
    • Ensure adherence to public works regulations, safety requirements, and contract obligations.
    • Lead project meetings and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

    • Proven experience managing public works or government-funded construction projects.
    • Strong knowledge of public-sector documentation, compliance, and reporting requirements.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Confident managing multiple stakeholders and complex schedules.
